Warranty

We offer a 90 day 100% manufacturer’s warranty on assembly and component function. If our product fails for any reason other than wear and tear or abuse, please contact us via email with an explanation of the problem. We will send a return shipping label to you, and repair or replace the failed component and return the product to you as soon as possible.

 

Returns and Refunds

If you changed your mind about your purchase, please return it within 30 days for a complete refund, no questions asked. Return the product, along with proof of purchase receipt, in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Between 31-90 days, if our product does not meet your expectations, please return it to us for a partial refund (based on the condition of the returned product). Return the product, along with proof of purchase receipt, in original, or equivalent packaging. On receipt, we will inspect it and notify you of the status and amount of the refund. We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit per your card issuer's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
